Canva for Makers & Creatives Workshop Series!

We’ll meet every Friday morning at 10 am for TWELVE weeks on Zoom, and build and create together! We’ll cover the fundamentals as we go, and you’ll have the support, live instruction, and office hours you need to succeed.The classes will be for one hour, BUT I’ll be offering an “Open Office Hour” each week right after the class, where you can stick around and ask questions and share what you’re working on.

We’ll have time to slow down, dig deeper, practice new skills, explore more of Canva’s tools, create things you can actually use in your business. AND I’ll be adding you to a private Facebook group where we can continue to share throughout the week, in between classes!

Yes. If you are a business owner and want to get the most use out of Canva, it’s important to have all the tools. You can do some of what I’ll teach with the free version, but there will be aspects not available.

They are one hour classes, each Friday starting at 10 am central. And BONUS Open Office Hour start at 11 am, and run through 12 pm. That’s another hour to ask questions and get help, if needed.

Absolutely! I’ll plan to do some coaching/teaching without interuption, but I will pause throughout the class to answer questions, demonstrate techniques, and make sure everyone is able to keep up. There will also be 10-20 minutes at the end of each class specifically to ask questions. And best of all, as a bonus, I’ll be available for Open Office Hour from 11 am to 12 pm each Friday after the classes end. That means, if we didn’t get to your question before the class ended, you still have opportunity to ask.

We’ll kick things off on Friday, August 14th at 10:00 AM Central and meet every Friday through October 30th.

That’s 12 weeks of learning, creating, asking questions, building your Canva skills, connecting with other makers and creatives, and having a whole lot of fun along the way!

And remember, if you can’t make a class live, replays will be available, so you won’t have to miss what we’re learning.

This series is ideal for makers, crafters, printable sellers, Etsy shops, coaches, bloggers, authors, service providers, and most creative businesses!

You do not need to feel particularly confident in Canva to join us. We’ll build your skills week by week, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice what you’re learning. I’ll also be available during our open office hours after class for extra help, and you can ask questions, share designs, and get support between classes in our private Facebook group. My goal is for you to learn at your own pace while having somewhere to turn when you get stuck.

Learning Canva skills will help you, whether you sell handmade products, printables, digital products, books, coaching, creative services, or run a blog or small business. You’ll be learning skills like customizing graphics with your own photos, colors, and branding. And more!

That’s perfectly okay! If you’re planning to start a creative business, or simply want to learn how to create beautiful, professional graphics, this workshop series will give you Canva skills you can use from day one. In fact, some of the classes will be designed specifically to teach how to create graphics or printables for sale to help start a new business!

You’re exactly who these classes are designed for. Everything is taught step-by-step in plain English, and we’ll build the graphics, learn skills and talk about all the ins-and-outs of Canva together. No graphic design experience is required.

Yes. Replays of all the classes will be available if you’re ever unable to attend live, or want to review the material later. I cannot guarantee replays of the Open Office Hours.

I will be sending a welcome email once you sign up for the Workshop Series, and the Facebook group info will be a part of that email, along with the private Zoom link for the series. I welcome you to jump in to the Facebook group right away, so we can start to get to know one another and you can even ask questions that you’d like have answered during the 12 weeks.

Absolutely! We’d love to have you join us. All of the live classes are recorded, so you’ll have access to the replays of any classes you missed and can catch up at your own pace.

You’ll also be invited to our private Facebook group, where you can ask questions, share what you’re working on, connect with other makers and creatives, and get additional help along the way. And, of course, you can jump right into our upcoming live classes and open office hours.

Because you’ll receive access to the complete 12-week Workshop Series, including all previous class replays and resources, the full program price still applies. If you choose the three-payment option, your three monthly payments will begin when you enroll.

So even if you missed the beginning, you can still jump in, catch up, and take advantage of everything the Workshop Series has to offer!

You can choose the payment option that works best for you! With Early Bird pricing, the full investment for the 12-week Workshop Series is $147, which can be divided into three monthly payments of $49. Your first payment is made when you enroll, and the remaining two payments will be automatically charged monthly.

Prefer to take care of it all at once? Choose the Pay in Full option for $132 and you’ll save $15.00!

Either way, you’ll receive the same 12 weeks of classes, office hours, templates, resources, Facebook community, and support.

Early Bird Pricing is available through August 7th, and then beginning August 8, the price increases to $65/month for 3 months or $185 paid in full.

The three monthly payments are a payment plan for the complete 12-week Workshop Series, rather than a month-to-month subscription. When you enroll using the payment plan, you’re committing to all three payments. The remaining payments will be automatically charged each month.
