Frequently Asked Questions

Every site is different, but I recommend planning on 3-4 weeks. If you have a lot of plans/ideas already, along with a logo and brand colors, it will go much faster. But no worries if you don’t!

No, but the more you have ready, the quicker the process. After you place the order, we’ll have at least one phone convesation so I can be sure I understand your vision and ideas. I will then send you email with questions and any needed information, and remind you of anything else I need, as we go.

Your website will be built with WordPress hosted on your own hosting account with your own domain. (Not WordPress.com). I will also add WooCommerce for your shopping cart, and it is included within your WordPress dashboard, so everything is in one place. (If you prefer, I can set up a shopify store for you instead, but there will be additional costs on your end to pay to shopify),

Yes, I include tutorials for how to use WordPress and Woocommerce, so you can keep up with your site. I am always available for additional support if you run into challenges or questions. And if you would like to have help with managing your blog/site/shopping cart, I have monthly management packages available for that as well.
